DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
1. Remove food & grease from the griddle surface.
2) Apply the usual cleaning agents and leave it work.
3)Gently rub the surface with the Cleaning Block to remove the encrusted grease.
4)Eliminate all cleaning residue and then, rinse and wipe.
